Please be aware that:
- We charge a $500 refundable security deposit at the time of booking.
- We’ll return your deposit within 48 hours after checkout if the camper is clean.
- We may deduct money from your deposit if we find any damage or missing equipment.
You should also know that:
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the units.
- All outer beach reservations are four days minimum.
- The awnings don’t work, so please don’t attempt to use them.
Finally, please check the forecast before your trip! We’re not responsible for inclement weather. We also can’t guarantee that your unit will have air conditioning.
